Powder coating

Within the new painting facilities the powder coat spray area has the ability to process small or large parts (up to 2m x 2m x 2m) and batches in the powder coat spray area and 3m x 3m oven. As powder coating uses a dry rather than a wet medium it can be applied in thicker coats without sagging and is exceptionally durable and long lasting.

Powder coating materials provide added benefits as chemical resistance,  electrical resistance,  reducing impact and easy cleaning.

Wet spray painting

Both acrylic and cellulose wet spray painting in a variety of colours are available in the new painting facilities. Wet painting is ideal for products that cannot be heated or require a thin layer finish.

Within the new painting facilities the wet spray paint area has the ability to process small or large parts (up to 2m x 2m x 2m) and batches in the wet spray booth and 3m x 3m oven.

We have been have been painting and coating our own high-tech and ergonomically sophisticated products and instrumentation for over 20 years.

Vacuum Blasting

Vacuum Blasting ensures surfaces are cleaned and prepared prior to anodising or finishing.  No dust or  dustless blasting saves the need for a deep clean, as it immediately collects and processes dust and dirt. It is also better for the environment than alternative abrasive blasting methods.
